Alice's work is informed by her background as a classicist and art historian. Her PhD (focussing on Renaissance Venice) has provided inspiration for both figurative and abstract work, predominantly in oils. Sense of place is an important theme and Alice has taken on commissions to commemorate locations of personal importance to clients.
